For over 10 years we have developed design and digital solutions for small and global brands such as Coca-Cola, MasterFilm and DJI Telink. But while working together, we noticed that HR of these companies were often overwhelmed with administration and could not keep up. We've seen smaller, dynamic companies tackle recruiting more and more employees without established processes and tools. In larger firms, on the other hand, HR was searching for new employees over and over again in an empty job market. All the while, existing ones were falling overboard behind their backs. Unnecessarily.
That's why in 2021 we founded Onboardio - a flexible HR app that makes it easy for HR to recruit, onboard and develop happy employees. Our vision is a world where HR spends more time with their teams and doesn't drown in administration.
