Input questionnaires

Allows you to have a new starter automatically sent a form. Once the personal data is filled in, the data is written to Onboardia and other systems or documents are prepared for signature.
Generating documents for signature

Allows you to enter the text of a document, such as an affidavit or any company directive. This document is then automatically filled in with the employee's personal details and submitted for signature electronically or physically on joining.

Yes, you can try Onboardio with all its features for 30 days for free, with no contract, no commitment and no credit card required.
Is there an activation fee?
No, we don't have activation fees.
Do I also pay for applicants or terminated employees? 💁
You don't pay anything for job applicants or terminated employees who don't have access to the app, and their data is still available to you.
Does each package really contain all the features?
Yes, each package contains a complete system. Packages differ in the size of space available for the company, the level of support and whether customized feature development/integrations are possible. The cost of bespoke feature development is then tailored to the client's needs and requirements.
What is the price per user ?
Amount for everyone who actively uses the app. E.g. HR, managers, supervisors or onboarded or existing employees. It helps us cover the cost of running servers, training and support for any size of company.
How about app updates? Are they paid for?
Regular security updates and new features within Onboardia are free as part of your subscription.
Can Onboardio be connected to our corporate systems? 🤖
Yes, you can use ready-made integrations or prepare a custom integration via our API.
Is Onboardio also available in English and other languages?
Yes, everyone in the company (be it HR, manager or onboarded employee) can easily choose between Czech, English and Slovak. Further language localisations are in the pipeline.

How is the training done?
