1. Responsible person 👩‍💻

Onboarding involves an endless sea of tasks and responsibilities. What can you do to avoid drowning in the flood? Simply divide your to-do list with your colleagues. You can have keys made at the reception desk and the IT department will create the necessary access and email addresses.

Everyone in Onboardio has an overview of what they have to do and you get control over whether onboarding is going well.

2. Task template ✅

Don't reinvent the wheel with every entry. With templates, you can now easily prepare your own customized set of tasks for a specific group of employees . Then, when a new hire comes on board, you simply select from the ready-made template and the specific employee and responsible persons are assigned the appropriate tasks themselves.

3. Reminder date 🔥

Some tasks need to be completed on the day of entry and others need to be completed by a certain date. Onboardio now allows both options and if the deadline is missed on time, you or the responsible person will be reminded. This way, you won't forget to order and prepare a desk gift or arrange company benefits on time. And for HR, you get the ultimate overview of task completion without having to remind yourself.
